A few of the projects I’ve helped bring to life — from campus stadiums and championship golf to some of the biggest venues in sports & entertainment.
Over a four-year partnership, I helped completely reimagine food & beverage at Mountain America Stadium — converting underused, dated spaces into brand-new revenue opportunities in fresh locations across the venue. Working hand-in-hand with Sodexo, architectural groups, and multiple stages of stakeholder approvals, we delivered a top-to-bottom overhaul: new mobile carts, 20-foot container builds, electric vehicles, and pizza ovens, totaling roughly $2M in projects. The payoff was real — point-of-sale locations grew by nearly 30%, easing choke points during peak game-time rushes and measurably speeding up service for fans.
Liberty National is prestigious, growing, and hungry for innovation that elevates the on-course experience. From our very first conversations, the priorities were clear: uncompromising quality, beverages held genuinely cold, and food kept hot — but in something far beyond a standard cart. My team and I designed a fully custom unit that reimagined what a comfort station could be: mobile, configurable, and built to hold food and drink to the highest standard, which was their single biggest measure of success.
A massive, multi-year undertaking: a full overhaul of equipment that had been in place for nearly 20 years. The existing units were falling apart and long overdue for a rebuild, and the incoming food-service operators had a clear vision tied to their major North End Zone renovations. They wanted to preserve the familiar look and feel of their original units while gaining real operational efficiency — more points of sale, higher throughput, and a stronger, refreshed food & beverage program. The result landed: fans overwhelmingly approved of the new solutions, updated offerings lifted sales by nearly 15%, and NPS scores soared — helped in no small part by revamping the condiment carts, which had long been their biggest knock in fan ratings.
Over the past two years, I’ve steadily expanded our footprint throughout Citizens Bank Park. By consulting closely with the team, we built out some of the most comprehensive solutions we offer — from mobile carts to kiosks to fully anchored structures that close down during the offseason. I worked hand-in-hand with architects, the Phillies’ owner’s reps, and multiple stakeholders inside Aramark to keep delivery clean and seamless. Since rollout, these solutions have driven close to a 30% increase in revenue and cut transaction times by nearly 15%, giving their sales a real lift.
